In her classes, she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Teresa will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared. She also had the incredible opportunity to be an assistant to Naomi Jones and Paul Graham at the Savor Italy Yoga Retreat in Tuscany, Italy. Teresa completed her 200 hour training with Sage Yoga & Wellness Yoga Teaching Training.

There’s a lot of laughter in Teresa’s classes! She leads her classes with compassion and joy - inviting everyone to join. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. Yoga has been a part of Teresa’s life since 1997, and her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat.

She was driven to become a teacher so that she could create a space where others could feel welcomed and respected no matter what they bring to the mat. In her journey as a Curvy Black Yogini, she has found herself feeling unwelcome in many yoga spaces. Nicole’s love of yoga began in 2004 as a way to help heal physical injuries.
